Who does Hudson hire?

We're looking for both experienced recruitment consultants and people who've never recruited before but have a background either in sales, or in an industry that we specialise in recruiting for. We also consider graduates with no experience.

 

New to recruitment?

Recruitment consultants can come from all sorts of backgrounds. Consultants in Perth have come from advertising and media, call centre sales, door-to-door sales, and even straight out of uni.

 

  • Sales is a particularly helpful background as you will need to be confident actively looking and finding new clients.

  • Industry experience can give you a head start within your specialism.

The important things are that you have a good attitude, a drive to succeed, great interpersonal skills, resilience, and a willingness to learn. We train you on the job to become the best recruitment consultant you can be.

Being a specialist recruitment consultant means that you will develop specialist expertise, hiring within a specific job category.
